SHIPPING TERMS

1. Shipping Area

1.1 We currently ship only within the United States.

1.2 International shipping is not available.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.

2.2 Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2.3 Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted U.S. shipping providers, including:

The shipping carrier used for each order is selected based on the delivery destination, package size, and service availability.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may vary because of weather conditions, carrier operations, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

6. Shipping Charges

6.1 Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

6.2 Shipping charges are non-refundable after shipment unless otherwise required by law or if the shipment cannot be completed due to our error.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

7.2 Fleur de Brume LLC is not responsible for delivery delays, returned packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7.3 If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the package, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

8.1 If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the package and product.

8.2 If your package appears lost during transit, please contact us promptly. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide reasonable assistance.
