RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

1. Return Eligibility

1.2 Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, labels, and documentation.

1.3 Proof of purchase or a valid order confirmation is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

2.1 Products returned after the 30-day return period.

2.2 Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or improperly handled by the customer.

2.3 Returns sent without prior authorization.

3. Return Procedure

3.2 After approval, securely package the item to prevent damage during transportation.

3.4 Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service and keep the shipping receipt until the return has been completed.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

4.1 If the return is due to our error, including receiving the wrong product, a defective item, or an item damaged during shipping, Fleur de Brume LLC will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

4.2 If the return is due to customer preference, ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, no longer wanting the product, or providing an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

4.3 Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

5. Inspection and Refund Processing

5.1 All returned products will be inspected after they are received.

5.2 Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5.3 Refunds are generally processed within approximately 3 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

5.4 Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

6. Exchanges

We do not provide direct exchanges. Customers wishing to purchase a different product should return the eligible item and place a new order.
